What is an á la carte lesson?
These are lessons for when you need just a few extra lessons to prepare for an upcoming performance or audition, to tide you over the summer between school sessions and more. Additionally, students who are ending their regular monthly lesson may need á la carte lessons to finish out their 30 days notice.
Á la carte lessons are not lessons with a consistent lesson slot. Students who intend to have regular lessons and receive the full benefits of being in Shaw Strings Private Studio should click here for further information.
Pricing
Á la carte lessons match the local lesson rate for Hagerstown, MD and Shepherdstown, WV. As of August 1, 2023, these rates are:
$40 per half hour lesson
$60 per 45 minute lesson
$80 per hour lesson
Please note these rates do not guarantee access to studio group classes, field trips, performances and more.
